Frank M. Mason, 84, died at his home four miles northwest of here at 4:10 o'clock this afternoon. He had been ill the past two weeks with heart trouble. Born near Crawfordsville, Jan 12, 1855, Mr. Mason was the son of William and Nancy Mason. He married Mary Nettie McCormick, March 12, 1884. For the past 50 years Mr. Mason had resided at the farm where he expired. Surviving are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Hester Pointer, New Market, and Mrs. Cecil Linn, Crawfordsville; two sons, Burrell Mason at home and Lawrence Mason near New Market; an adopted son, Fred Mason, Gibson Ind and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the family residence on State Road 234, where friends may call after noon Saturday at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
